Imagination is an attribute of the sixth chakra, the Ajna, the command center. It allows us to plan the next steps on our life’s path.

Every step, result, and immediate achievement are, in fact, the fruit of our imagination, be it short—or long-term or exactly in the moment. Imagination is a characteristic aspect of our being, and we apply it constantly when in action, not in action or meditation.

The point is to use it consciously, guide it, and focus our intent on our final goal and intermediate stages, consequently moderating the free wandering of our mind. To become familiar with the method, it is recommended to start by practicing easy and recreational exercises before venturing to imagine the driving desire of our soul because imagination is a seed launched and planted in the fertile soil of our deep self, where it is nourished and cared for to grow strong and stable in the concrete reality of our universe.
