Roberto Sammarchi is an Italian lawyer at the Bologna Bar, qualified to practice before the higher courts and specialzsed in information law, digital communication and personal data protection. He holds a PhD in legal informatics and information technology law and a second-level university master's degree in tax law with an in-depth study on the legal and tax regime of company networks. His educational background includes a master's degree in administration, finance and control and an advanced course in EU law.He has been a lecturer for over fifteen years in the second-level university master's degree course in clinical engineering at the University of Bologna, where he teaches a course on the legal responsibilities associated with the engineering professions.For over thirty years, he has been dealing with relations between Italian and German companies and organizations; he is established in Germany as a European lawyer and a member of the Frankfurt Chamber of Lawyers.
