He often travels, especially to India, and resides for long periods also in Nepal, the Philippines, and Buddhist Southeast Asia: Japan, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Laos, China, and Tibet, exploring local places and cultures, meeting people and participating in ritual and religious practices. Over time, he deepens various meditative techniques for awakening consciousness, energy balancing, and personal evolution, which he practices and teaches. He studied western and eastern philosophy, earned a doctorate in Metaphysical Science, and various diplomas such as Holistic Life Coach, Master of Reiki, Crystals, Shamanism, Meditation, Massage, and Wellness Coach.
