Additionally, he has published The Travelling Years, inspired by his experiences in English hotels and restaurants during his time as a clinician. About the BookHerod's Children Crumulent Collection is Roland's third short poetry collection, focusing on his experiences of failure.

Despite being submitted to various competitions and formats, these poems have faced rejection. However, Roland maintains a fondness for them, recognizing the value of each piece in his own life and experience.
