I was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived there until I was 5 years of age. My dad was a building contractor, and we were able to move to Long Island, NY. I lived there until I was 38. A went to a private high school and was awarded an appointment to West Point which I turned down. As I look back turning down West Point was my biggest regret in life. My dad worked very hard and was very successful but due to a lung disease he passed away in 1969. I was 19 years old. That was a tremendous setback for me because he was my best friend and weekend mate. I did go to college but only for 1 year because my desire was to go into business. I became very successful in the gasoline industry but sold out to a competitor in my fifth year. He made me a tremendous offer, so I took it and spent the next year on the beach in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. After getting bored with the beach, I returned to Long Island and started an antique Rolls Royce Limousine business. Within 5 years I owned 15 antiques Rolls Royce’s. This was more than any other limousine company in New York. Once again I was offered a significant amount of money for the business, so I sold it. I got married and in a year and a half moved to Scottsdale, Arizona where we still reside. My wife and I have 4 children together and I have another son with a very short lived previous marriage. My expertise has been building businesses from the ground up and selling them. I have done that 12 times in my career. Throughout my entire life I always thought about my dad and why they couldn’t save him. He was 43 when he passed. I began doing lots of medical research and throughout the past 30 plus years I have documented my research relating to sleep, herbs, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. My first book, Harvest Your Health – Things doctors Never Tell Us, is a culmination of my research, interviews with medical professionals, and personal experiments. I truly believe that “NO ONE CARES MORE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH THAN YOU.” Although I respect some medical professionals I know firsthand that many of them are simply educated salespeople using their college degree to make a lot of money. I am not thrilled to say this because there are some very good medical professionals who do care. Unfortunately, the bad ones taint the reputation of the good ones. I have a very strong belief in God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus. This belief has guided my life since 1996. Before that I was doing my own thing while watching my wife raise the kids. I was not a good husband or father before I began to focus on God, and I can tell you without a doubt that He saved my life, my marriage, and my relationships with my children. I am not proud to say this but before I began to focus on God I was not a good person. My mission is to help as many people as possible live a long and healthy life.
