HAIKU Vol. 5 is a collection of Haiku and motivational quotes by Noel Lorenz.

In my experience, the English and Japanese use the syllabic count differently. Whatever we write cannot be compared to the real count in Japanese 5-7-5.

In this book, I have taken haiku to another level by allowing the free count. This book follows the short-long-short verses format.

I have tried my best to stick to all the other rules of haiku. Come to haiku with an open mind and allow it to settle in.
