I'm Khadijah Diallo, a writer and dreamer who cherishes the beauty of storytelling. Senegalese born, my fascination with writing began at the age of 10. Fueled by a rich imagination and encouraged by my family, especially my grandmother, I embarked on a creative journey that started with poetry and folktales. As a self-proclaimed book nerd, I developed a profound appreciation for the magic of literature.My writing is a reflection of gratitude, love, and the joy of breathing life into different worlds, whether through poetry, real-life narratives, or fantastical realms. Over the years, I've embraced various roles, from honing my skills as a copywriter to directing a thought-provoking docuseries that explores the complexities of Black womanhood. Recently, I completed my first children's book, set to be published in 2024.My ultimate goal is to create spaces where African stories can be celebrated and shared. I aspire to make a lasting impact, connecting with dreamers, and ensuring that artists have the chance to shine. Inspired by the innocence and creativity of children, I find endless motivation in providing them with a positive light in which to be seen.
