Hello friend, I am guessing that if you are here, then you want to know more about me? Yes, I think that I saw a yes, haha. Well welcome to my page. I am Isaac M, also known as 8010az, Da Fire Hawk, and Isaac Middleton. I started out writing blogs. Mostly the IME Blog which came out every Thursday. After talking to some friends of mine it was suggested by them that I write about one of my favorite topics which is fitness, moreover, weight loss. I wanted to make it easy to follow because it is not easy to do. There is a difference between easy to follow and easy to do. As I make suggestions to help you in your fitness endeavors I encourage you as well. "Your Weight Loss Journey" is my very first book, ebook and so on. I do plan on writing more books over time. But this one is all that I have for now. Follow me to see what I write about next. I guess I am going to have to update my bio after I get a best seller or at least three books, e-books under my belt, huh. I am also a singer, song writer, actor, and now author.
