As an innovative entrepreneur, Ms. Vincent is the founder and owner of a business management consultancy firm, Quality Solutions for Business Excellence (QSBE), which helps organizations improve their leadership, human resources, systems, processes, procedures and risk profiles in order to increase competitiveness, profitability and sustainability. She has consulted for local, regional and international organizations, including Grenada’s Ministry of Health, Grenada Investment Development Corporation, Caribbean Export Development Agency and The World Bank.As a passionate educator, Ms. Vincent developed, taught, examined and peer reviewed undergraduate university courses in leadership, banking, business and finance at both local and regional universities [St. George’s University and University of the West Indies]. She also served as Chief Examiner for CAPE Entrepreneurship with the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). Given the annual low pass rates in secondary school mathematics, she currently teaches CXC CSEC Mathematics online, using STEM teaching approaches.
