I was born in 1965 in Wyoming, and what I found out was that I had a great ability to learn, comprehend and synthesize different thoughts. Later in life, I had three blessed weeks off and got to working with hardwoods and made the most beautiful jewelry box I've ever seen. That's all it took, I started working wood and designing chess sets. I was about to start selling a CD of the designs on Ebay when my little voice said, pitch it to a publisher and see what happens. They bought it. "Making Wooden Chess Sets" was born.After going through the downturn in the economy, a cross country move, and the need to sell most of my tools, I still had the desire to write. I had since given myself to Christ and through a fantastic church started to grow and learn. Then comes the inspiration for "American Anthem" where former presidents come to a candidate and tell him to bring the country closer to God through Prayer, Repentance and Humility. I truly believe that is what we need to do.
