Author Name
Susan Fisher (Author)
Born to an Okinawan mother and a U.S. serviceman serving on Okinawa makes Susan feel unique. Having the privilege of growing up on Okinawa and being close to her Mother Tomiko's relatives was an awesome experience.  When Susan learned of WWII during history at the school she attended on Naha Airforce base, she became enthralled with her Mom's life. Susan began to ask her Mom of her experiences and felt so much emotion not just for Tomiko, but for all the people around the world that have had to or are now living through such nightmares. So many people have a story to share about their experiences, but Susan thought that Tomiko's story should certainly be shared because of where or more accurately whom it led her to: Jesus.  Susan and her family live in Washington state. Tomiko's sons George and Carl, as well as her grandson Clifford (George's son), are now with her in heaven.Read more about this authorRead less about this author
