In 2017 whilst designing Apartments for a huge property Developer in Manchester, Angela had the idea of staging the finished apartments to showcase them to prospective tenants and Investors. As Apartments became available, she would stage each apartment ready for the next viewing. It very soon became apparent that if the apartment was staged, it would be rented a lot quicker than if it wasn’t, sometimes even on the same day. It was here that Angela had an eureka moment. There was no one offering a service of staging properties at affordable prices to accelerate Manchester’s booming sales and rental property market. A week later A+A Property Stagers was born.
