When we were born into this world, all the rules we were supposed to live by were already in place. The moment you were born, the world was already in motion.

People, for the most part, abided by the rules set forth by our elders, parents, teachers, government, etc. Who raised you, where you grew up, who surrounded you - everything happened by chance.

You're supposed to go to college, get a job, find a mate, pop out some kids, start a 401k, have a mortgage, and that's the ultimate life. If that's life, why are there so many unhappy people? Why is the mental health crisis at an all time high? We hear, time and time again, "Well.
