He wrote: “At this moment, if you’re not in pain, if you’re not hungry or thirsty, if you’re not too warm or too cold, if you don’t need to go to the bathroom – at this moment everything is fine. There’s no past or future, just the here and now.

If everything is just fine now, you have it all right now. All you have to do is remain in this moment all the time.

Now, is everything fine with you?This set off the bells in my brain: How could I bring this important message into a children’s book?We are constantly plagued with external worries and anxieties – they never end. Sometimes all we need is to stop for one moment, and pay attention to the here and now, to notice that everything is… just fine.
