Paul Carley began teaching English over 20 years ago and discovered the joys of phonetics, phonology and linguistics at around the same time.Paul studied Latin, Greek and English Language at the Open University, before completing an MA in Phonetics at University College London and an MA in Language and Communication Research at Cardiff University. He has taught English in Poland, Saudi Arabia and the UK, and lectured in English linguistics and phonetics at universities in the Netherlands and the UK.
