Kelly Ashford enjoys living in and exploring the beauty of Colorado. A 14th generation native toColorado, her roots are deep with a large extended family.As a mother of two and wife I have found the most precious gift we have is God and family andappreciate every opportunity to have family time with my husband, son, and daughter.My free time is spent hiking the many nearby hiking trails, enjoying time in nature with our two rescuedogs. My interests include learning about world religions and spirituality, mythology, history, cooking,energy healing and natural remedies, yoga, daily prayer, and meditation.When Lupus Autoimmune disease took hold of my life my ability to provide a livelihood was cut off andthe pursuit for Healing began.That changed my life in a profound way. In search of natural healing, I was introduced to Reiki healingand the journey started. During the next 13 years my faith was awakened that at previous times in mylife had faltered.Through faith, prayer and energy healing I have come back to be stronger than ever in conviction ofJesus Christ and all the blessings that lie ahead, in my life, my family’s and that of humanity. Theexperience of being lost in the wilderness was terrifying that took many years to recover from but gaveme a connection to nature and wildlife and a spiritual renewal that I never had before.
