A graduate of S.C.S.U. (1986) in New Haven CT. with a B.S. degree in Physical Education. He was the creator and owner of Fitness Results NYC Inc., a health and wellness studio that for 25 years fully integrated all forms of exercise and therapeutic arts (est. 1990-2015). Having worked with individual clients of all ages and genders, some, for as long as 30 years each, through: general health, injury, rehabilitation and illness. He is the author of the books Exercise. Why?, Exercise. How? and Exercise.
