The book consists of 19 chapters divided in to three sections. The first section contains 5 chapters bringing out the mistakes committed by Einstein in his 1905 paper as well as in his 1916 book, and also the unsustainability of the spacetime concept.

The next section consists of 9 chapters discussing about the incorrect application of the Lorentz Transformation, which have never been derived for events other than those of light; these are used on arbitrary events (distance-time sets) to explain away length contraction and time dilation. Muon's increased lifespan during its travel and the Twin Paradox are famous examples, which have also been discussed.

Further, with such an indiscipline of arbitrary selection of distance-time sets, it has been shown that elongation/expansion of distance and time is also possible, in contravention with what is shown today with carefully selected values. The last section consists of 4 chapters discussing the inadequacy of the 2nd postulate of Special Relativity, which leaves the question of obliquely moving inertial frames unanswered.

It has been shown that it was possible to derive the Lorentz Transformation for inertial frames moving in a direction that was oblique to that of light and with such relations, the Wigner-Thomas Rotation goes away. Discussing the pros and cons, recommendation have also been made to expand the set of postulates to cater to the current practice if it was decided by the physics community to continue with it.

Further, the mistakes of and questions on the theory of General Relativity have also been discussed in chapter 19. .
