Hailing from the picturesque Turks and Caicos Islands, a mere 6. 9 square miles in size, Elizabeth's early years were shaped by adversity and financial struggles.

Fueled by a dream of a better life, she and her family journeyed to the Bahamas in search of opportunities for greater prosperity. After spending several years there, Elizabeth married and embraced the journey of motherhood.

Eventually, she and her family chose to settle in Jamaica. Raised in poverty by her single mother, Elizabeth experienced firsthand the challenges of her father's absence and the hardships of financial strain.

Yet, from a young age, she imbibed the values of hard work and thriftiness, principles that would later underpin her success.
