Mr. Brewer, the Founder and Executive Director of Rhythm Parq Legacy, is deeply committed to empowering youth through performing arts, leadership, and entrepreneurship training. His fervent dedication to youth empowerment and community engagement is evident in his over 20 years of investment in catalyzing positive change among at-risk teens and troubled youth.His journey commenced as a Youth Mentor and Assistant Youth Minister under the mentorship of Dr. Antoine Scruggs, where he recognized the necessity for a more innovative approach to engaging youth in ministry. Leveraging his background in music and mentoring expertise, Mr. Brewer pioneered inventive programs at the Cornell Scott Youth & Arts Center, an extension of PromiseLand Church Ministries and the PromiseLand Community Development Corporation. Originally named in honor of his late brother, who tragically lost his life at the age of 16, the center underwent a rebranding as Rhythm Parq Legacy, symbolizing its evolving mission and vision.Through workshops in writing, recording, and stage performance, Mr. Brewer inspired youth to express themselves through poetry, rap, singing, and dancing, fostering a culture of positivity and creativity. This success propelled Mr. Brewer to the position of Youth Coordinator for the City of Little Rock's New Future's For Youth Program (SW LR Quadrant), where he spearheaded the Boys YIP Program (Youth Intervention & Prevention).Recognized for his leadership potential, Mr. Brewer was awarded a full scholarship to the Edward Coleman Leadership Institute. He graduated in 2010 under the guidance of Arkansas State Senator Dr. Tracy Steele. Upon relocating to Arlington, TX, he continued his mission by volunteering and partnering with various local non-profits.Furthering his commitment, Mr. Brewer continued his Ministry Training at Christian Leaders Institute, earning ordination as a Minister and certifications in Life Coaching, Life Skills Ministry, and Restored Life Ministry, with ongoing studies toward licensure as a Chaplain.Expanding the vision for Rhythm Parq Legacy, Mr. Brewer has forged impactful collaborations with organizations such as Serving With A Purpose (SWAP) and others. Beyond his roles as an artist, producer, and artist manager, he is a passionate Motivational Speaker, Philanthropist, Mental Health Advocate, Restorative Justice Facilitator, Life Skills Facilitator, and dedicated Youth Mentor. Additionally, Mr. Brewer authored "Dream Big, Thrive Bigger: Resilience (Lessons From Black History Makers)," Released March 2024, “Love - What it IS, What it AIN’T,” Releasing Summer 2024, “He Who Finds A Wife” Releasing Fall 2024. His personal journey, overcoming gang violence and resisting the temptation of drug trafficking, stands as a powerful testament to the transformative impact of faith and perseverance.
