Taiwo Olukoyede (Nee Fakoyede) began his legal career in 1992 with the firm of Chief Afe Babalola, SAN & CO, shortly after being called to the Nigerian Bar.In 1993, he joined Chief Rotimi Williams' Chambers, where he worked for several years before setting up the law firm of Taiwo Fakoyede & Co.His published works include Contemporary Issues in Nigerian Law: Essays in honour of Judge Bola Ajibola SAN, KBE (1991), FRA Williams Through the Cases (2000), Current Law Digest (2000), and LandMark Cases in Nigerian Law: Melange for Hon. Justice M L Uwais (2006) - all of which highlight major contributions to the growth and development of Nigerian laws and Legal System through CaseLaw and Law Reform.Mr Olukoyede is a member, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, and The British Institute of International and Comparative Law, London. He is the convener and co-director African Justice and Leadership Forum based in the UK.Having completed the Bible College and the School of Disciples of the Redeemed Christian Church of God respectively, he was ordained a Minister in The Redeemed Christian Church of God in the year 2011. Earlier in 2010 following the leading of the Holy Spirit, he changed his surname from Fakoyede to Olukoyede.Olukoyede has served in various capacities as Assistant Parish Pastor, Parish Pastor, and Provincial Legal Adviser respectively under RCCG, Lagos Province 29. He is currently the President, Elders Forum, RCCG Joseph's Palace, Dublin.Taiwo Olukoyede is married to Olufemi, a minister in RCCG, and they are blessed with four children, all of whom are dedicated church workers.Read more about this authorRead less about this author
