Barry has had more than 50 short stories and poems featured in print and online publications. He is the author multiple series, including It Falls Apart and the Cooper M. Reid series, as well as titles such as Bound, Break Every Chain, As Far Away as Possible, and From Below. He was also the winner of the 2012 Amazon contest "Write a Dead Man Novel" which awarded him a contract with 47 North to write the 18th installment of Amazon's Dead Man series, Streets of Blood. Barry also wrote the mobile-based Choose Your Adventure game, Buried, currently available on Steam and in the Apple Store. His fiction as appeared in publications as varied as a Norton anthology to a horror anthology thematically based on the Wizard of Oz.Barry's stories are typically going to be a little spooky, if not downright scary (but this is not always the case). But he also offers glimmers of hope here and there.
