I'm a passionate author and a devoted wife of 27 years to the love of my life, Bruce. With a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois, I've dedicated my life to making a positive impact on others. My professional journey has been marked by a diverse background in Special Education, Adoption, Child Welfare, and Social Welfare. I have a deep connection with individuals of all ages, including those with disabilities.My love for creating books and teaching has always been at the forefront of my interests. Early education and intervention hold a special place in my heart, and my dedication to this cause is strengthened by my personal experience as a mother of two sons on the autism spectrum. My 37-year-old son is also developmentally delayed and requires round-the-clock supervision. My eldest daughter, at 40, is a Special Education Teacher.My family is a vibrant mix of love and unity, with six kids, including three wonderful daughters adopted from the Philippines and Latvia. I'm also blessed with a Filipino grandson who is 9 years old. Family and faith are the cornerstones of my life.Our household is filled with the love of our Goldendoodle, Bubba, and our Grand Dog, a German Shepherd. Born in San Diego, I've spent 17 adventurous years in Alaska and the last two decades in the serene landscapes of Idaho. The great outdoors have always called to me, and I find solace in hiking to waterfalls and visiting lighthouses.One of my favorite creative outlets is crafting coloring books, showcasing beautiful pictures that bring joy and relaxation.
