This publication contains the works written by the author over the last years, participating in the Uruguayan commercial doctrine. This, in very important years in historical terms, witnesses of structural changes that marked a significant turnaround in the very contours of Commercial Law at national and international level.

The works are, in all cases, a proactive reaction to situations that reality has confronted the business world. The theories and ideas put forward have always tried to be impregnated with a search for unraveling real life problems, appealing to creativity and the application of Comparative Law solutions, often not considered due to their apparent alienation to the Uruguayan and Latin American legal tradition.
