005/PR/2015 on consumer protection in Chad, has put in place a framework that should ensure optimum protection for consumers of Internet services. However, despite the establishment of this framework, there is still a certain vulnerability in this area.
This is due to the existence of certain difficulties which are likely to dilute the efforts made by the legislator to this end. .
