I am a simple individual, with origins from the Marche region. For those who may not know, the Marche is a fantastic region in central Italy, rich in history and culture, and also renowned worldwide for its natural beauty.I have various passions, including writing, human psychology, and aviation—yes, aviation itself. When I engage in one of my passions, I take notes on the things I experience and feel during that activity. I document the emotions I experience and, most importantly, I strive to record the benefits I derive from them. All these notes eventually transform into several pounds of paper, which I later organize in some manner. Often, it takes years, and sometimes these notes evolve into texts, documents, and manuscripts. Now, at over 50 years old, I find myself with a collection of thoughts, stories, reflections, poems, and narratives that, in some way, speak about me, but more importantly, I hope they can be of help to others. My past studies in the field of human resources management within the highly specialized sector of civil and commercial aviation, specifically Crew Resources Management, captivated me and were further enriched by recent academic studies in psychology.Being an airline pilot and discussing human behavior, how women can understand themselves, or how to live to be a hundred years old, may seem like an unfocused and misaligned personality, but I enjoy my vibrant life, and it makes me feel good. Perhaps I am one of the many who have ended up on the wrong planet, but at least I am aware of it.Collaborating on the writing of books such as "Shadow Work Journal and Workbook for Adult Women," co-authored with Sophie Helen, has been both a learning experience and a contribution from my side. Meanwhile, "100 years old - Elixir for a long and happy life" freed me from some of my own convictions, later confirmed by experts and research. This book, "Communicating Better and More Effectively," was conceived between Dubai and the olive trees in the garden of my very humble beach house in Porto Germeno, Corinthia, near Athens. The bestseller "How to Win the Flying Fear" was suggested to me by my conscience after witnessing a fearful passenger abandon her flight, thereby disrupting the expectations of an entire family, during the boarding of a flight to the Maldives.I do everything inspired by my two children and the strength of the three elements: water, earth, and sky. I adore nature and humility, and I love being with people, though not with everyone. To me, "happiness is the awareness of being able to solve any problem that life presents along our path."My motto? "Do not be ready, but rather prepared."Read more about this authorRead less about this author
