Cindy Wageman was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at age twenty-four, long before much of the information, treatments, and resources that are available today existed. Since then, she has conducted research over the span of more than four decades by interviewing doctors, reviewing medical academic studies, and monitoring her own wellness.Cindy is life and relationship coach with more than twenty-five years of experience helping her clients restore themselves to physical and emotional wholeness. She helps people shift their mindset, improve relationships, and reclaim their health despite difficult disease diagnoses.Through her coaching business, she created the “Get Your Life Back” program, which offers empowerment and recovery tools for people suffering from autoimmune diseases, and others in search of excellent emotional and physical health. She is a sought-after speaker at women’s retreats, churches, and community events across the United States.Cindy holds an Advanced Coaching certification from Light University of Biblical Counseling and Psychology. Cindy is also Leader on the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). Cindy and her husband of forty-nine years live in Boise, Idaho. She has two beautiful daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, and five granddaughters. When she’s not advocating for complete healing, you can find her hiking with her family or working in her garden.
