Ozer Mumcu was born in Tekirdag in 1980. He completed his primary and secondary education in 1998 with scholarship at Tekirdag Anatolian High School and Private Tekirdag Science High School. He graduated from Trakya University Electronic Communication Tech. in 2003, Anatolian University Labor Economics in 2010, and Tekirdag Namık Kemal University Faculty of Fine Arts in 2020. In the same year, he completed the Pedagogical Formation Program opened by Istanbul University. Since 2006, he has been working as an English interpreter and chess coach in various institutions and continues his post graduate education.
