Christy A. Schmidt (1968-), author, entrepreneur and professor, was born in New Jersey and has remained a Jersey-Girl no matter where she has resided. While practicing law, teaching and serving as a success-coach, she has lived in Boston, Tulsa, NY City, Clearwater... Ever the bohemian, she has also been a closet-writer for many years. Penning story after story, each was carefully stored, never again to see the light of day. Until 2017. She jokes: "I felt as if I had left my characters in limbo - forever trapped in a moment. In paper and digital files, they were crying to be released." Her first release in June 2017, Treasure, will be followed by That Fall, Hidden Room, Snowflakes and Sand, and Death's Daughter. "That Fall is next...it's at the editing stage. I know my readers are as excited as I am for the release!"She also has published 3 textbooks in less than a year - and will publish several textbooks in 2018-2019 for use in her workshops and lectures.
