Chuo Jiao, alternatively spelled Chuojiao or Chuo Chiao, is a northern Chinese martial art with traditional origins. It has gained renown for its formidable leg movements, specifically its notable high kicks and arching leg maneuvers.

As its name implies, "Chuo Jiao" means "poking foot" or "kick foot," which signifies the style's emphasis on striking techniques. Chù� Jiao is distinguished by its pragmatic and effective motions, which center on foot strikes—including stomps, sweeps, and kicks—targeted at the opponent's vulnerable areas.
