My name is James H. Henry. I have a Associates of Science from DeVry University, a Bachelor of Science in Communications (Technical Writing) from Purdue University, and a Master of Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. However education is only the start of understanding a subject.For forty plus years I have worked as an engineer and team leader for companies such as Boeing Aerospace, SGS, and Alcatel. I have a unique perspective on communication and leadership within the corporate world.When I was forty-five years old, I went back to school and educated myself in the intricacies of writing, communication, and leadership.For the past ten plus years I have taught public speaking, and technical writing at the university level. My experiences in the corporate world, and as a professor in the classroom have shown me that most people have anxiety when it comes to speaking in public.This book's intention and goal is to help any who read it to overcome their fear and anxiety of public speaking. This is accomplished by giving you, the reader, real life tips to overcome these fears through the 2 Ps of speech (Preparation and Practice), by revealing to you what happens to your brain and body when you're faced with speaking in public.
