Vlad Neagoe - poet, essay-writer, prose writer - was born on 2nd of March, 1952, in Tănătari village, Căuşeni district, Republic of Moldova.Vlad Neagoe graduated Pedagogical Institute from Bălţi, after three years of study at Faculty of Journalism, Chişinău University.Between 1992-1995, Ph.D. at University of Bucharest, Faculty of Philology.In 1994, Vlad Neagoe moved to Bucharest.Vlad Neagoe is member of Romania’s Writers Union, and of Writers Association from Bucharest.
