Thanks so much for being interested in me and in the book, Body Blueprint. I am an Author, an Educator, a Speaker and a Licensed Massage Therapist. As an Author, Body Blueprint is my first book. As an Educator, I worked as Adjunct Faculty at a large community college. Then took my 'show on the road' and started teaching online. As a speaker, I enjoy doing key note talks for audiences who are interested in looking beyond the biological causes of pain. Finding the best of both Western and Eastern medicine. This takes me in some crazy different directions - I've spoken at Healthcare conferences and at Yoga Retreats. And yes, I still do massage therapy. I graduated from massage school in 1994, spent 10 years working with DC United (pro soccer in the US) and 4x Olympic Trials for US Track & Field. Additionally I owned, operated and sold a massage clinic in Northern Virginia. For fun I enjoy all sorts of exercise. I'm a retired triathlete, but still swim, bike and run. My mom and brother got me into tennis a few years ago, so I'm an improving tennis player. If I'm not watching the Food Channel, I'm usually cooking up a new healthy recipe.
