Since then I have been working in the manufacturing and/or technology sectors for the past 20+ years. My career focus has been on developing great products and marketing the heck out of them – of which I have been very successful. No small part of this success has been in hiring great people and developing them into even better employees.Husband and FatherI have been married for 25 years and have 3 daughters. While I have made SOOOO many mistakes over the years I have learned a fair bit too. We have lots of fun and periodically I share parts of our lives and some tips that we use to keep our marriage and family humming along. Keeping your family and home life strong is a key part of being successful in your career.InterestsI have always had more hobbies and interests than I can entertain. I love to be outdoors which is one of the reasons I love living in the Boise Idaho areas so much. I also do woodworking, photography, and travel as often as I find the time.
