Das Ziel unserer Arbeit ist die Bewertung des Funktionsprofils von COPD-Patienten in der Wilaya von Sidi Bel Abbes. Dabei handelt es sich um eine prospektive Beobachtungsstudie an einer Kohorte von 135 Patienten, die über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren ab Januar durchgeführt wurde 2011 bis März 2014.
Das häufigste Funktionsprofil unserer Bevölkerung ist die COPD im mittleren Stadium (63,7 %), wobei Erwachsene über 60 Jahre deutlich vorherrschen. Die wichtige Tatsache unserer Studie ist, dass diese Pathologie das Vorrecht von Rauchern ist.
Rauchen gilt bei 97 % als Risikofaktor. Diese Daten unterstreichen die Bedeutung der Tabakkontrolle als primäre Prävention zur Reduzierung der COPD-Inzidenz.
