Donna Wilson has spent the majority of her career working for some of the most iconic Fortune 100 brands creating transformational business strategies and organizational shifts to increase market share. Leveraging her business expertise in financial services, Ms. Wilson has advised corporate leaders at various key executive levels on building global and regional transformational business to maximize sales to increasingly diverse consumer markets. Ms. Wilson leveraged her extensive experience transforming underserved communities by transitioning from community development to a business focus on global diversity equity and inclusion. In so doing, she reached across the globe to introduce strategies to increase representation of women and under-represented market segments, retain top diverse talent, to build a more inclusive workplace. Ms. Wilson has a proven reputation as an effective innovator, negotiator, public speaker, problem solver, and transformational thinker. Currently, she is a member and past co-chair of The Executive Leadership Council. For her achievements at the professional, civic, and personal levels, Ms. Wilson has received numerous awards and recognition. “The Economic Justice Award” from The Welfare Law Center, “David Rockefeller Fellow Award” from the Partnership for New York City. She has also been cited in Crain’s New York Business magazine’s “Top 100 Minority Executives” and “Top 40 Under Forty.” The Network Journal, the business magazine for black professionals, named Wilson one of its “25 Influential Black Women in Business.” Ms. Wilson is a highly sought-after keynote and public speaker and influencer and serves as President of Strategic Intersections, LLC, where she advises business leaders at companies regarding all aspects of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Multicultural Marketing.
