The sport of beach or sand volleyball is nowadays practiced by almost all the countries of the world, which has caused a great interest in its preparation at early ages with well-defined objectives. This book consists of several pages dedicated to beginners and those who continue in the systematic practice of this sport, in order to compete at a high level in any type of competition.
