She specializes in working with emotionally resistant clients to find self-love, clarity, boundaries, and power aimed at releasing their emotional / physical excess Armor weighing them down.Jennifer has overcome personal challenges of self-abandonment, sugar addictive behavior, emotionally abusive relationships, corporate burnout, Neuroendocrine cancer surgery, and managing her neurodivergent conditions (anxiety, ADHD, binge eating and body dysmorphia tendencies). After releasing 125 pounds, she realized the importance of addressing underlying issues, including childhood trauma, to achieve lasting success.
