Dina Macki (Author)
Dina Macki is a British-Omani Food writer, presenter and recipe developer. Her work has a strong focus on her Omani and Zanzibari heritage and the food influenced by those countries as well as the wider Middle East, East Africa and her upbringing in the UK. She is a massive food anthropology nerd and loves to get lost into her world of learning the origins and history behind what we eat. Day to day Dina's work spans from writing recipes and developing dishes for UK and international publications and brands to consulting for restaurants and hotels in the Middle East, as well as sharing her passion on social media, where across all divisions she bridges the west with the east to bring delicious, innovative recipes that pay homage to her culture and heritage.
