Phil is a Mentor and Graphic Facilitator, a sort of Organisational Artist. Over the last 20 years he developed a unique style of action learning, using diagrams and drawings to develop people and organisations. His visual approach brings clarity, logic and insight to complex problems, allowing people to SEE solutions (& their own thinking) and discover new ways forward.Phil spent the first 10 years of his working life as an Engineer, progressing from the shop floor to become a Research Scientist (Chartered Engineer). Then spent 20 years in Change Management as an internal/external consultant facilitating strategic projects, designing and delivering change management programmes and mentoring leaders.In 2002, Phil left his job to become an independent consult and also began designing/writing an innovative business toolkit accessible from the boardroom to the classroom.In 2011, Phil founded ARTOF ltd with the aim to create the next generation of learning solutions using cutting edge technology and his visual approach.Read more about this authorRead less about this author
