Delicia Mclean, PhD, MHA is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, managing partner of a successful group practice, and writer. She obtained a Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of South Dakota. In addition, in 2015 she was awarded a Specialization in Disaster Psychology and has responded to a number of natural, and man-made, disasters. Although she has a generalist foundation, Dr. Mclean specialized in trauma and loss recovery. She rounded out her training at the National Center for PTSD in Boston, MA. Dr. Mclean is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. She is highly skilled in myriad therapeutic modalities and has nationally trains other mental health practitioners on Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Dr. Mclean returned to school and obtained a Master’s in Health Administration from Baylor University. She co-founded The Raeda Group, PLLC in February 2015 and continues to provide therapy at the downtown Austin, TX location.
