In dieser Studie wurde die genetische Vielfalt von vierzehn Trichoderma-Isolaten (TBT- 01 bis TBT- 14) anhand von zehn SSR-Markern bewertet. Rhizosphärische Bodenproben von verschiedenen Standorten in Uttar Pradesh wurden gesammelt und einer seriellen Verdünnung und Ausplattierung auf einem Trichoderma-Selektivmedium unterzogen.
Die Kolonien der Isolate wurden zur DNA-Isolierung und für molekulare Untersuchungen auf Kartoffel-Dextrose-Agar in Reinkultur gehalten. Zehn SSR-Primer (SSR-01, SSR- 06, SSR- 08, SSR- 10, SSR- 11, SSR-13, SSR- 14, SSR- 15, SSR- 18 und SSR- 20) wurden für die PCR-Amplifikation der isolierten DNA verwendet.
