The Willow family is in distress. Their farmland is decaying, crops aren't growing, and two country-loving sisters, Amaryllis and Callah, fear their family will have to start a new life in the terrible city.

However, all hope is not yet lost. One night, the youngest Willow sister, Callah, hears a magical melody from the forest surrounding their farm.

When she ventures out into the forest the following morning, she discovers the source of the enchanting tune — a beautiful fairy made entirely of flowers and her children, a group of walking, talking, kimono-wearing acorns, known as nature sprites. Callah earns their trust and quickly befriends them.

Soon, Amaryllis does, too. They form a special bond with the tiniest nature sprite named Ako and eventually find themselves taking care of him when he runs away from home.

During his time on Willow Tree Farm, Ako’s magic grows. Soon, he begins to wonder if he could be the solution to restoring the land and their family’s faith for good.
