I was born in 1965 in Austria and grown up with five boys. Sometimes I had to struggle to assert myself as the only girl among the boys. I was a dreamy girl, the stars and foreign countries fascinated me from a very early age - just through the television films that I saw at these times. I was impressed by this strong connection to countries in the East - mainly Turkey and the countries in North Africa. All of these countries are home of great ancient history and, I was and am very interested in. I visited Turkey nine times in total and I was in Egypt thirteen times. I´m fascinated by he different culture, the desert, the sea and the different attitude of the people living there - I always thought they lived according to the motto: " I work to live" - that corresponds more to my attitude to life than that in Europe - here you live to work. I was inspired to write this book by my coach and my personal training. I also had the irrepressible urge to pass on to the public everything that I had learned in Egypt through my 10-year friendship with an egyptian man. It´s definitely a lot different than what you knew or saw before. I am proud of myself and happy that I can pass on some experiences from my life to my readers.
