Diagnosed with a congenital disease which caused a severe visual impairment and other health issues, Bea persevered. The first in her family to attend and graduate from college, she pursued her lifelong ambition to become a professional opera singer. Being always prepared with a "Plan B," she switched careers and discovered happiness and success through hard work, marriage, motherhood, and faith.
