The monograph is devoted to an important and topical topic, namely problems in administrative and legal regulation in the provision of educational services in Ukraine. Today, Ukraine is in a state of full-scale war, and this has greatly affected the quality and availability of educational services.

Taking this into account, there was an urgent need for regulatory and legal regulation of educational activities under martial law. The regulation needs to ensure the safety of students and students in the process of providing educational services, financing, regulation and control over compliance with the quality of education, as well as other problems of conducting educational activities, which have become even more acute and surfaced.
