My educational path began in Kenya, where I successfully completed my studies at a prestigious Government Secretarial College. This achievement paved the way for my initial career in a government office, where I honed my professional skills and gained invaluable experience.In pursuit of new opportunities and personal growth, I later transitioned to a different employer. This period of change and adaptation was instrumental in shaping my professional journey. Eventually, I made the significant decision to migrate to Europe, seeking new horizons and challenges.I am a proud mother of four wonderful children, all of whom are now grown and pursuing their own paths. Motherhood has been a deeply rewarding experience, but it has also come with its challenges. After the birth of my youngest child, I began to experience mental health issues that have significantly impacted my life.The journey with my mental health has been a tumultuous one, marked by periods of both struggle and hopelessness. Despite the ups and downs, I have reached a point of stability and now navigate my life with the same Vigor and determination as anyone else. Managing my mental health requires constant medication, something that my doctor has emphasized is crucial to preventing a relapse.Today, I live a balanced life, cherishing the stability I have achieved and the support I continue to receive. My story is one of perseverance and strength, demonstrating that with the right support and treatment, it is possible to live a fulfilling life despite the challenges posed by mental illness.I started writing when I was in Primary School although they were mostly poems.
