Helen Pugh is an entrepreneur, wife, mother, and grandmother. Born and raised in Wolverhampton, Helen has made Shrewsbury her home for the past 25 years. This challenging period inspired her to channel her energy into supporting a local charity and writing her debut book, "A Tiny Flower, Lent Not Given," which draws from her personal experience with baby loss. Helen's candid and heartfelt storytelling aims to offer comfort and understanding to others facing similar struggles.When she’s not writing, supporting her chosen charity, or studying, Helen enjoys spending time at her holiday home in Lytham. There, she relaxes with her husband and their two beloved Cockapoos, Freddie and Mollie.
