The exhibit, titled "The Executed Queens”, contained heirlooms belonging to Anne Boleyn, Marie Antoinette, and Mary, the Queen of Scots. No one has seen the relics since.

Two weeks ago, Giovanni di Caro received a threatening note: "A box, book, and a parcel of letters must be restored to their rightful owner. Don't delay or your queen will meet the same fate as those other charming ladies.

” He recognized the trio of items came from the Paris robbery, but it took him longer to grasp ‘your queen’ referred to his ex-wife, Regina. That’s when desperation set in.

With Iris Dittmeyer’s help, they managed to return Anne Boleyn’s prayer book to the museum. Now, the ex-forger and retired school teacher are in pursuit of Queen Mary’s silver box.

But the stakes have gone up. Treasure seekers have joined the hunt for the missing relics, and the duo is over their head.

One woman is already dead, and the next victim could be someone close to Iris. The mystery provides more questions than answers.
