Tamica L. Straughter (T. L. Straughter), born on January 17, 1973 a native of Detroit, MI and raised in a loving home of two parents, Billy and Estelle Straughter, who divorced when she was at the age of 9 years old, and she's the youngest of 3 other siblings, Michelle, Toni, and Luke. While attending a pentecostal church, she was called to be an evangelist at 7 years old. Always a fighter and talented woman of God. Growing up, Tamica was always a tomboy, playing sports, liking girls at a young age, and like most, having a lost of identity. She enjoyed the performing Arts such as music, jazz bands, and orchestra. She was also interested in the fine arts of drawing and painting. Tamica had many gifts and talents but never pursued them. She became a talented barber, chef and truck driver. Her goal was to always, get money, and fast money (for the love money is the root of all evil). She had dreams and visions of becoming an entrepreneur of an empire. While she was chasing false dreams and visions, God had another plan for her, which she continued running from. The call of preaching the gospel to the world was God's plan, but not Tamica's. For 35 years, she ran from God to pursue the life of sin, and the lust of this world, which got the best of Tamica. Struggling with her God and her sexuality, has led her to many challenging situations. She was a womanizer, a raging maniac, and a abuser. When she was tired of herself, and finally gave up her plans and life, she surrendered to God. She suffered tumorous cancer and was closed to death and God healed and delivered her from being a womanizer, a raging maniac, and from violent behavior. She's giving God all the glory for the mighty change he has done in her life. Tamica is now committed to preaching and teaching about the Kingdom of God. She has accepted her true calling of Jesus Christ and teaching others how to break the power of darkness off them. In her first book she gives her testimony and shares the tools to break strongholds and how to stay free. Her message only, is God can save and change a person if you commit to him. He has the power to remove all wickedness and evil from a person's heart and give them peace, love and joy. Only God can send his only Son to die for our sins and raise Him up out of the grave and take all power from the enemy. There's victory in Jesus. My message is Jesus Christ.
